How does pricing work?
Pricing is set by your home — square footage, condition, cleaning frequency, and any add-ons you choose. Add-ons are flat prices, and recurring visits earn an automatic per-visit discount — no membership, nothing to cancel. The price we quote is the price you pay; if anything about the home significantly changes the scope, we'll tell you before lifting a finger.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically have availability within a few days. Same-week is usually doable. The online quote shows live availability — pick whatever slot fits your schedule.
What products and supplies do you bring?
We bring everything we need — the right products and equipment for the cleaning you booked. If you'd prefer eco-friendly products (plant-derived, kid-safe, pet-safe), tell us when you book and we'll bring those instead. Prefer we use your own supplies (specific brand, severe allergies, or just personal preference)? That works too — we're flexible. Either way, just give us a heads-up so we come prepared.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Up to you. Many customers leave a key, lockbox code, or garage code and head out for the day — we let you know when we arrive and when we leave. If you're home, that's fine too; we work around your day.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us about your pets when you book — names, temperament, and any areas to keep them out of (training zones, anxious cats). We're careful about closed doors and pet safety.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule or skip from your customer portal anytime. Our cancellation policy: if you cancel within the notice window, a fee may apply. Your first cancellation each year is automatically waived. The full policy is shown before you book so there are no surprises.
How do recurring cleanings work?
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits all earn an automatic per-visit discount — your loyalty is the discount, no coupon hunting, no membership. You can change frequency, skip a week, or pause anytime from your customer portal.
What's not included in a Standard cleaning?
Standard covers the regular upkeep — dusting, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors. Baseboards, tile grout, and behind appliances are part of a Deep cleaning. Inside the fridge or oven? Those are flat-price add-ons on any clean. Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets are part of a Move-In/Move-Out clean, when the house is empty.
What areas do you serve?
Chicago's western suburbs. We regularly serve all 35 towns listed on our Contact page (Aurora, Naperville, Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, Geneva, Wheaton, Downers Grove, and many more), plus surrounding communities. Outside the obvious radius? Reach out — we sometimes take jobs further out for the right fit.
How do I pay?
However you like — the price is the same by Zelle, card, or check. Zelle is our favorite: your payment email and pay page show the exact amount and where to send it, then one tap tells us it's on the way. Card is one click from the same page (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major card), with your receipt sent automatically. Either way, we square up the day of service — you don't get billed weeks later.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
Yes — janitorial service for offices, clinics, retail, and daycares. Pricing is based on facility type, square footage, and visit frequency. Contact us for a custom commercial quote.
